21st century learning and innovative teaching practices  for Colegio Manuel Mejia Vallejo 2011

THE PARTNERS IN LEARNING TEACHERS

The Microsoft Partners in Learning Institute is a Microsoft training for top educators around the world to become teacher-trainers in innovative teaching and learning practices. Walter De Jesús Agudelo Marin is among 50 global educators selected to participate.  The training will be held at the Microsoft campus in Redmond, Washington from July 25-30, 2011.  Participants will spend two days in computer labs training on PCs and then take part in a variety of group exercises and practice training sessions.

Microsoft values participation of its government customers at events such as this, and would like to pay for the travel and lodging expenses for Walter De Jesús Agudelo Marin from Colegio Manuel Mejia Vallejo.

Microsoft wishes to ensure that by paying these expenses it does not create any violation of the letter or spirit of applicable government gifts and ethics rules.
